On May 8, 2026 students from Edison Success Academy cheered on our Edison Police Department as they began their journey to Washington D.C.
The primary purpose of the Police Unity Tour is to raise awareness of Law Enforcement Officers who have died in the line of duty.

Students and educators at Edison Success Academy are wrapped in creativity and collaboration during a hands-on learning experience as they learn how to make chunky knit blankets. Through this engaging activity, students practice fine motor skills, follow step-by-step directions, and build confidence while working alongside their peers and educators. The project highlights the joy of learning through doing, fostering teamwork, patience, and a sense of accomplishment as each blanket comes together.

Whether students are interested in developing their athletic abilities, learning new skills, or preparing for an upcoming season, our camps provide engaging opportunities for athletes of all experience levels.

Students from Edison Success Academy proudly represented Edison Township Public Schools at the annual Dare to Dream Leadership Conference hosted at Rutgers University, where they presented their workshop, Self-Advocacy in the Workplace. Through engaging discussion and real-world scenarios, our students shared the importance of speaking up, understanding workplace rights and responsibilities, and building confidence in professional settings. We are incredibly proud of their leadership, preparation, and willingness to inspire their peers while showcasing the valuable skills they continue to develop for future success.

Edison Success Academy students had the opportunity to attend an engaging presentation from Lincoln Tech, where they explored a wide range of postsecondary pathways and career-focused training programs. Students learned about hands-on opportunities in Automotive Technology, Collision Repair and Finishing, Diesel and Heavy Equipment Technology, HVAC, Electrical and Electronics, Welding, Machining and Manufacturing, and Computer Networking. They also gained insight into healthcare career options including Dental Assistant, Medical Assistant/Technology, Patient Care, and Practical Nursing.
This presentation allowed our students to connect their interests and strengths to real-world career pathways, ask meaningful questions, and begin envisioning their futures beyond high school. Experiences like this empower our students to make informed decisions and take confident steps toward achieving their career goals.

Josh P. is gaining valuable hands-on experience through his internship with the Edison Township Public School District’s Building and Grounds Department. Through this opportunity, Josh is learning the importance of repairing and maintaining school facilities to ensure safe and properly functioning environments for students and staff. Today, Josh is working alongside our skilled grounds team on sheetrock repairs, building practical skills while contributing to the upkeep of district buildings.

On Thursday, January 22nd, Edison Success Academy students attended an informative presentation by the Middlesex County Adult Education Program to explore night school options for their postsecondary education. Students learned about a variety of certificate programs, including Electric, HVAC, Plumbing, Cosmetology, Practical Nursing, Apprenticeships, and more, opening doors to flexible pathways toward career training and future success.
